Ms Rose [...] showed little interest in my recovery from hand surgery; she has no rapport with me as a patient; based on her complete lack of concern, I would not recommend this procedure to anyone.

My provider was extremely knowledgeable.

The provider was very nice and articulate, I just didn't get the impression that she was invested in my concerns. She helped identify some interventions that may help long term, but didn't offer any suggestions for what was causing the pain or what could be done to alleviate the pain once an episode starts.
