Dr. Schuppert attended the University of Richmond in Virginia for her undergraduate studies where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She later received her medical degree from the Univ...
Dr. Schuppert attended the University of Richmond in Virginia for her undergraduate studies where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She later received her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Rochester Highland Family Medicine program.

On a Personal Note
In her free time Dr. Schuppert enjoys reading, cheering on Penn State football, cooking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She grew up in Corning, NY, where her parents still live, and enjoys taking weekend trips to her hometown.

The doctor always greets me as she comes in and asks if I have any questions or concerns about care and medication. I run ideas I have of possible over the counter remedies that may assist in treating my particular problems and we diiscuss whether they may or may not help. Dr Schuppert is a wonderful Dr. She always answers my questions clearly and gives great explanations, shows concern and empathy, quickly handles referrals with specialists and sending prescriptions to pharmacy. She is knowledgeable of my prior health history and helps remind me of upcoming vaccines, bloodwork, and preventive tests/procedures. She is one of the best Dr's in Rochester area and always recommend her to friends and family.

Everyone in this group is outstanding. The admin staff are always very pleasant; any requests for particular app't times are easily accommodated. Nursing staff are also very pleasant and insure that I can relay any special concerns. Dr Schuppert is excellent! Knows my medical history is always checks on any previous concerns I had. Excellent educator - explanations about anything new or unfamiliar are clear and understandable and she always checks to make sure I understand or have any other questions. If there are any changes in Rx or new meds prescribed, she provides sufficient information about why this Rx was chosen, how to take it and how it will help. Again, she always asks if I have any question and reminds me that I can call or message her if additional questions arise. I never feel rushed or that I can't raise concerns. She always coses by asking if we covered everything I may have wanted to address.

My former PCP actually examined me during any annual physical, such as listening to my heart and lungs, and palpatating different parts of the body. Now the trend is just to sit and talk. I believe the dr should have listened to my lungs and checked my ears and throat. I was there fir Covid symptoms (tested negative) but am still not well. Not sure why she didn't check those things when I complained of ears hurting and had a nasty cough
