Dr. Smith is terrific. She has great professional expertise - she's knowledgeable about every question I've ever asked her; she does a great job explaining treatment options but leaving it up to me to decide whether to move forward; she's the only doctor among a slew of Urgent Care and other professionals who thought to check my wife's horrible symptoms for Lyme disease; and she's friendly and easy to talk to. She's empathetic, listens well, and makes me feel as if I'm in good hands.

I recommend Dr Katie Smith to everyone, I tell them get on her waitlist if she isn't accepting patients because she is worth it. I see a lot of different doctors and Dr Smith is by far the best. I had pretty much given up on internal medicine and her care and follow-through is the reason I haven't jumped the medical group ship!!

I was, however, dissatisfied with my 20 yr old's new patient experience with her which was very different from highest level of satisfaction I always had with his [...] pediatrician, Dr. [...]. I'm sure there's an element of learning curve on both of their parts.

Honestly Dr Smith is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens and follows up. She called me once a few days after an appointment because I mentioned something and we didn't go over it! That was really impressive to me. I tell all my friends who are looking for a doctor to try to see if Dr Smith is accepting patients. You guys need to keep her at all cost!!!
