I saw 2 providers this week; first for my physical and then for the flu. Dr. Katie Smith is always so thoughtful in her practice. I appreciate the time she takes with me and her approach! Her nurse Chrissy is great! Sarah Russell is also amazing! I appreciate her knowledge and care! Her nurse Meg was also very kind. All the nurses and receptionists were great!

Dr. Smith is terrific. She has great professional expertise - she's knowledgeable about every question I've ever asked her; she does a great job explaining treatment options but leaving it up to me to decide whether to move forward; she's the only doctor among a slew of Urgent Care and other professionals who thought to check my wife's horrible symptoms for Lyme disease; and she's friendly and easy to talk to. She's empathetic, listens well, and makes me feel as if I'm in good hands.

I really liked her. She was easy to talk to, she listened to my concerns, and assured me that they were valid. I never felt judged or dismissed. And it was refreshing that losing weight was not the first and only answer to my issues. (I have never been told that by anyone from this practice. this happened to me in my old medical practice)I was really happy and optimistic about my health in the future.

I recommend Dr Katie Smith to everyone, I tell them get on her waitlist if she isn't accepting patients because she is worth it. I see a lot of different doctors and Dr Smith is by far the best. I had pretty much given up on internal medicine and her care and follow-through is the reason I haven't jumped the medical group ship!!
