Nina the NP was excellent. She was very caring and kind yet confident in knowing what she was showing me on my x-rays that showed my foot was fractured worse than initially thought. She was very professional in letting me know what we needed to do and she would bring me back in a week and at that point, she would see me as well as the physician. She made the correct decision and putting me in a cast yet bringing me back in a week to take it off and have a new one put on due to the degree of my neuropathy.

I had an excellent experience. Nina was able to pull up my x-rays of prior to surgery and then the ones I had the day of my appointment explained everything to me. I left with no questions and completely confident of the treatment plan.

Nina K. Is absolutely wonderful and I couldn't have asked for anyone better!!! She displayed empathy, provided positive feedback about how I was taking care of my ankle/foot thus far, took the time to answer all of my questions fully, explained in depth what the X-ray showed (even showed it to me!) and provided a comprehensive plan for my recovery. Compassionate care with knowledgeable information. At the end, she shared that if I needed anything to reach out to her. I did have a follow up question & sent a MyChart note to her. She responded in a very timely fashion. Nina is an asset to the UR. I would highly recommend her.

Nina demonstrated empathy and interest for the patient to be well. She is knowledgeable and capable to do the job, and make the patient feel at ease. She sets and example of how all practitioners should be.
