Dr. Logroño is originally from South Florida. She completed her undergraduate education in Upstate New York at the University of Rochester. She then took a few gap years between undergraduate and medical school education. She received her Masters in Medical Science during that time at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She remained in Pennsylvania and obtained her MD degree at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton. After graduating medical school, Dr. Logroño found her way back to Rochester, NY, and matched into the Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of Rochester Medical Center. After completing her residency, she went on to become faculty at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where is now working as a hospitalist for the Hospital Medicine Division (HMD) and HMD/Advanced Heart Failure co-management division at Strong Memorial Hospital.
