I have never seen this NP before. After seeing her the ohter day she isn't my favorite. She seemed very not interested in why I was in [...]. She was very business and not very friendly

At the risk of repeating myself, I really can't overstate how disheartening my appointment with this care provider was. It was very apparent to me that the care provider's personal experience with the issues about which I asked deviated so dramatically from my own that it didn't register as a struggle a normal person could possibly have. I'm making assumptions when I say that, but I only have the evidence of this appointment and based on what transpired in our conversation I have to draw that conclusion.

She was aloof and quiet, and didn't have a good bedside manner in that no matter how much I tried to warm up to her she was deadpan under her mask. I had never met her before and I know she's new, but she was not friendly at all

This provider spent a total of 3-4 minutes in the exam room. It was supposed to be a follow up exam for my high blood pressure [...]. Her comments were "oh you need a refill prescription - I'll put that in. And that was it - she was out the door. She was by far the most unprofessional health care provider I've ever encountered! Absolutely terrible and not acceptable
