Patient Comments
Actively seeking a different PCP after this visit. She was dismissive and judgmental. Clearly trying to spend as little time in the room as possible, did not have any interest in patient comfort or concerns, just checking the boxes. One of the worst providers I've had anywhere.

It is very important to know that the care that we got was 100% excellent, the NP and staff was very nice pleasant to go to this place for our health care

Roberta Korich is wonderful, shes efficient but you dont feel rushed, she shows concern and listens to the issues. She also is excellent with following up messages in MyChart

Roberta is very knowledgeable and helpful. Listens well and shares her thoughts and respects my thoughts & concerns, too.

I don't feel like my daughter was given an empathetic experience. The provider had her back to my daughter almost the entire time while asking questions, and was not very personable during the exam, either. My daughter was surprised that the provider thought she was in 3rd grade (she's 11 years old).
