I have dealt with this problem before so I know all the things to do to fix it but I have done those and now I need medical intervention. She gave me all the basic info again, did not tailor her message at all, said she would show me the x-ray, didn't, went running from the room after about 5 minutes without even looking at me when she said goodbye- [...] Would not recommend to anyone, I'm also going to find a different provider.

Appointment felt rushed. [...]. Did not give any answers or listen to my full story. Did not leave time for questions. She just got up and left without even explaining the appointment was over. Left without any help or follow up. Very disappointing and will be looking elsewhere for a second opinion.

The xray done did not show a fracture. Subsequent lateral xray at ortho clinic showed clear metatarsal fracture in two places. My provider did say it could be hairline fracture and I appreciated referral to ortho

I myself go to U of R for everything. I constantly give out Dr Info to people that don't Know where to go. I love the U of R.
