My visit with this provider was deeply distressing. I came seeking clarity, continuity, and support [...] The provider reacted harshly [...] creating an adversarial atmosphere that left me feeling [...] unheard. My concerns were not addressed, and I left discouraged and further set back in my care.

I could easily go to a pain clinic closer to home but I drive all the way to Rochester because of the care and way they treat me. I have always been treated with respect and the office always gets back to you.

My situation very complicated.they were fitting me in.. so I understand with limited time the amount of discussions surrounding any procedure is limited. I wish I understood more thoroughly not only the outcomes, but future plan.
