Dr. Day has practiced Family Medicine and Geriatrics for the last 15 years in Rochester, NY where she resides with her husband and five children. She has a particular interest in the care of community dwelling older adults, interdisciplinary medicine, and community outreach.

Her professional philosophy can be summed up in the words of the founder of osteopathy, Dr. A.T. Still, MD, “To find health should be the object of the doctor. Anyone can find disease.” This philosophy has guided her practice and has encouraged her to focus on patient-oriented goals and outcomes, as opposed to merely treating numbers and chronic illness. Dr. Day's practice emphasizes patient-centered advocacy and mentorship for families on their paths toward wellness, balance, and disease prevention.
