Ariana was so kind and helpful and truly listened to me about my ongoing issue with my left ear. I had a hearing test a month earlier and within a month thereafter I could not hear in that ear. Ariana explained that it was probably a sensory event that took place and asked if I wanted to try the prescription route to see if the hearing will return, which I did and I hope it does.

Provider, Ariana, exceeded all expectations. I learned a great deal from her. She was warm and engaging, She explained everything about my ear concerns. This is the first time things were explained at this level. I now feel confident in the decision I must make about hearing aids.
