Dr. Bethany Corbin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, with a degree in Microbiology in 2013, and stayed at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine to complete her MD in 2017. She then ventured to the University of Rochester to complete a combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency, where she graduated in 2021. Dr. Corbin then went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Hospital Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin-Children’s Wisconsin. After completion of her fellowship, she returned to the University of Rochester-Strong Memorial to start her career as an Internal Medicine-Pediatric Hospitalist in 2023. Her academic and scholarly interests include understanding and improving transitional care processes from pediatric to adult care in Children with Medical complexity, the use of point-of-care ultrasound and medical education.
