Taylor A. McEachon, NP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) at the University of Rochester Medical Center, specializing in burn and reconstructive plastic surgery. She provides comprehensive care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings, serving as First Assist in the Burn operating room and as a key member of the Burn Alert team.

She earned her Master's of Science in Nursing and dual bachelor degrees in Nursing and Public Health Sciences from the University of Rochester, graduating with honors and recognition from Sigma Theta Tau and the Order of Omega.

Taylor is actively involved in burn surgery education and multidisciplinary burn care. She leads monthly training sessions for incoming burn interns and presents locally and internationally on topics related to acute burn management and surgical techniques. As a dedicated member of the American Burn Association, she strives to advance best practices and improve outcomes for patients undergoing complex burn and reconstructive procedures.
