Was initially disappointed to see the NP rather than the MD, but the NP provided a very positive visit experience

She was very knowledgeable and very kind. I felt safe with her. Several times she asked colleagues what they thought about an issue. It was clear that what was important to her was getting it right. That's so reassuring when one is scared and maybe in danger.
