Dr. Meilika received his medical education from the prestigious Mansoura University Faculty of Medicine, a premier medical institution in the Delta region of Egypt, one of the largest in the Middle East. He further enhanced his medical expertise by completing his urology residency at the globally recognized Mansoura Urology and Nephrology Center. This center is particularly distinguished for its proficiency in major pelvic oncological and reconstructive surgery, with a special emphasis on open radical cystectomy and orthotopic neobladder reconstruction.

Dr. Meilika then expanded his medical research capabilities by serving as a Clinical Research Associate at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. This position enabled him to make significant contributions to the progress of urology.

Dr. Meilika affiliated himself with the University of Rochester Medical Center as a faculty member, following a clinical fellowship in surgical treatment of male fertility and sexual dysfunction at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York City. Further, Dr. Meilika has pursued another clinical fellowship in Voiding Dysfunction, Pelvic Reconstruction, and Urodynamic Oncology at the esteemed Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Meilika's medical focus lies on male sexual dysfunction, particularly for those who have courageously fought prostate cancer. He is also keenly interested in urodynamics and pelvic reconstructive surgeries, with a special emphasis on treating urinary incontinence in both men and women. At the core of Dr. Meilika's medical practice is patient-centered care, ensuring that the patient's needs, values, and priorities always precede every medical decision. He is committed to fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment where patients can comfortably share their personal circumstances and emotions.
