Very happy, and satisfied. Felt he really listened instead of just telling me to " lose weight and excercise". That is so insulting. Not everything that is physically wrong with you is directly related to your weight and exercising routine.

The provider did not give specific anticipatory guidance about what should concern me and/or be brought to their attention. I don't recall the provider's asking me if I had questions before beginning to leave. I then asked one of my questions, and they left. I still had at least one question to ask.

Dr Joseph was cordial and helpful. I injured my leg which had a revision. He provided extensive surgery to prevent amputation. When I returned he found my leg to be completely healed. He is quite the miracle worker and I would recommend him to others.

The resident was attentive and informative. Dr. Joseph was open, direct and efficient. He listened to and accommodated my needs. I would have liked a little more time to gather my thoughts and ask questions after the initial plan was formulated. I was a little overwhelmed and thus not able to quickly gather my thoughts.

Both my PA Riley Morien and Dr. Noah Joseph took the time to fully explain everything to me, and also answered all my questions. I can't possibly recommend either any higher. Such wonderful and caring professionals!

Dr. Joseph and his team were very thorough in explaining my injury and were patient in explaining options for care. They answered all questions and gave me time to process and make a decision as to how to proceed.

I had to strongly advocate for myself before feeling as if the provider took my concern seriously. The provider has mentioned a situation that happened while IP at each of my visits as a way to disparage me and seemed as if he is rationalizing his lack of concern for what I'm saying. He isn't even recalling the situation accurately.After expressing dissatisfaction and pleading to be taken seriously, the provider assured me that he did take my concern serious and he appeared to be more open to working collaboratively and finally physically assessed my knee.

Dr. Nathan Franklin answered all my questions, he took his time, he used images to answer some of the questions.He was very helpful. Dr. Noah Joseph, was very nice, he checked me over also, and offered a shot for ease of pain which I accepted. Went well. I felt the appointment was very worthwhile as I learned more about what was going on with my hips and prognosis.
