Can't say enough about how satisfied I am to have Dr. Cruz as my physician. From my very first interaction he has always been kind, compassionate and most importantly ENGAGED in what he does. He always explains everything in lay person terms and makes sure you are understanding the comments he makes. We need more Dr. Cruz physicians. I hope the entire U of R organization recognizes the contribution he Is making.

I don't know how to begin... I felt the Dr. Was extremely nervous and jumpy. No eye contact, he rapidly looked side to side when talking, not at a computer screen, which I found unsettling from the beginning. He acted strangely not like a professional Dr. I was there to meet him for the first time as well as discuss the results of my annual visit. Maybe, he was sleep deprived, he mentioned having a new baby? Just not a good first impression of him. [...] I am not feeling the confidence I use to feel, but there doesn't seem to be any other options for care. I am thankful, I don't visit the Dr. More than a few times a year... [...] Hopefully, this Dr. Will be better the next time I see him. If not, I will have to seek another practice.
