What a pleasure it was to meet Caitlin. I haven't come across a medical professional of her caliber in a long time. She is extraordinary! It was refreshing and reassuring to meet someone who is both competent and caring. She didn't rush me which is almost unheard in these days. She took time to listen and see if I had any questions, as well as explaining everything to me. So grateful to have found her.

My experience with the provider was very good. However, there was a discrepancy between what the provider told me and what was written in the After Visit Summary, which led to some confusion about a prescription: during the visit, the provider said to use the prescription as needed. In contrast, the After Visit Summary and the prescription didn't mention "as needed." So, I initially thought I remembered wrongly. Eventually, we clarified the confusion on My Chart chat.

Caitlin was great at my initial / new patient visit and just as wonderful at my follow up. The day I saw Caitlin she had a PA who I assume was orienting named Maria. Both were very helpful in addressing all my questions / concerns. I would recommend anyone to see them.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my visit with the provider I saw. She was so amazingly friendly, helpful, sat down to make sure I understood everything and just genuinely showed compassion and care. I would recommend her to anyone who needed an ENT specialist.
