Amber Crowley, PharmD, MS-MTM, BCPS, BCACP earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Upon graduation, she pursued post-graduate training completing a PGY1 Pharmacy residency at University Hospital in Syracuse, New York and a PGY2 Emergency Medicine/Critical Care residency at UR Medicine Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York. Following her residencies Dr. Crowley practiced as a clinical specialist in burn trauma intensive care for two years before transitioning her clinical focus to ambulatory care. She earned a Master's degree from the University of Florida in Medication Therapy Management.

Dr. Crowley serves as a member of the Residency Advisory Committee, and is a preceptor for APPE students and PGY1 Pharmacy residents.
