Keith Kalvaitis, PharmD, BCPS, earned a doctorate of pharmacy degree from Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Services in Indianapolis. Upon graduation, he completed his PGY1 pharmacy residency at Strong Memorial Hospital. He began as a clinical staff pharmacist at Strong Memorial Hospital in 2008 and transitioned in a team leader role for the Critical Care/ED team in 2013. From 2013-2014 he completed an ASHP Foundation traineeship in Critical Care. Keith also serves as adjunct faculty at St. John Fisher School Wegmans School of Pharmacy and serves as a preceptor for the PGY2 program in Critical Care.
