Jessica Kozakiewicz earned a doctorate of pharmacy degree from the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science. Following graduation she completed a PGY1 residency at Lifetime Health Medical Group and the University at Buffalo focused on ambulatory care and diabetes management.
After completion of her residency she joined the University of Rochester Medical Center as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist on the Critical Care/Emergency Medicine team. Jessica then transition back towards a focus on ambulatory care and joined the University's Specialty Pharmacy as a Clinical Specialist. She currently works within the University's Pediatric Pulmonology clinic with cystic fibrosis patients. Her other patient care areas include adult and pediatric endocrinology, adult and pediatric nephrology, and pediatric genetics. She currently precepts IPPE, APPE, and PGY-1 residents.
