Steven Conway, PharmD, MBA, earned both a doctorate of pharmacy degree and a master of business administration degree from St. John Fisher College, Wegmans School of Pharmacy and School of Business. Upon graduation, he worked for the University of Rochester as a staff pharmacist at the Strong Long-Term Care Pharmacy for two years. He then joined the University of Rochester Specialty Pharmacy as the Operations Manager.

Steven continues to serve as the Operations Manager for the Specialty Pharmacy overseeing the production areas. He currently serves as a preceptor to the PGY2 Specialty Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residents.
