Kendra Delibert, PharmD, BCOP, earned her bachelor of science degree from Mercyhurst University and her doctor of pharmacy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Kendra began her career as a PGY1 inpatient pharmacy resident at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed her PGY2 oncology pharmacy residency at Wilmot Cancer Institute. She has continued her career as a clinical specialist at the University of Rochester Specialty pharmacy. She practices in leukemia and bone marrow transplant in the ambulatory care setting. She is board certified in oncology pharmacy and serves as a clinical preceptor for the outpatient ambulatory hematology/oncology rotations for PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents and students. In addition, she is an active member of the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA) and the preceptor development committee and residency advisory committee at UR Medicine.
