Alysa is an active member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP), the UR Pharmacy Wellbeing and Resiliency Committee, and the Residency Advisory Committee. She is currently the residency program director of the PGY2 Infectious Diseases residency program. Alysa serves as a preceptor for ambulatory infectious diseases rotations for PGY1 Pharmacy, PGY1 Community Pharmacy, and PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy residents. Additionally, Alysa is an adjunct faculty member for the St. John Fisher College Wegmans School of Pharmacy, and a preceptor for APPE students.
Her professional interests include expansion of clinical pharmacy services, patient education, viral hepatitis, HIV, and infectious diseases in the immunocompromised host.
