Lillian Brennan, PharmD, BCPS, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St John Fisher College Wegmans School of Pharmacy in 2016. She completed her PGY-1 residency training at Syracuse Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 2017.

Following residency, she practiced as an ambulatory clinical pharmacy specialist at Syracuse VAMC working under a scope of practice to provide medication management in primary care and anticoagulation clinics via telehealth. Currently she works with URMC Primary Care Network as an ambulatory clinical pharmacy specialist to provide comprehensive medication management.
