This was my first, intake appointment with a new primary physician and practice. My new doctor, Dr. Ryan Nightingale impressed me very much with his manner, and the fact that It was evident that he had read my chart before entering the room. He asked all the right questions, listened carefully, and took copious notes. Later in the evening, when I read the After Visit Summary and Physician's Notes on MyChart, I almost fell on the floor. He hadn't missed a thing. Interns should take his correspondence course on "How to be a Good Doctor".

Dr Nightingale reminded me of Dr Bill Coch. It was obvious he reviewed my charts across 3 previous providers and was very prepared. He knew everything about my health before he walked in and had a list of questions for me. The time he spent with me was 50 minutes going over all my health concerns and I felt I was in good hands. I feel bad for people who see other doctors. They are missing a lot! I hope he finds a good life/work balance and decide to stay with us forever. At the end of the visit, my wife and I felt we were in good hands again.

Dr. Nightingale and the entire staff at UR Jones are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Nightingale, he's already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He's awesome.
