Dr. Aurich joined UR Medicine after completing two years of Neurosurgery Fellowship training at Yale University, focusing on Complex and Oncological Spine Surgery and Stereotactic Radiosurgery. He obtained his medical degree from the Federal University of Espirito Santo, Brazil, and completed a Neurosurgery Residency at the Neurological Institute of Curitiba, Brazil. Additionally, he completed a Spine Surgery fellowship at Rummelsberg Hospital in Germany and gained eight years of experience as an attending physician at two prominent referral centers in Brazil. In his practice, Dr. Aurich aims to offer individualized and minimally invasive neurosurgical solutions for his patients.
