Dr. Shellard was absolutely amazing. I was having a horrible day, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. She recognized exactly what I needed, and took the time to take care of me. She let me vent and cry, and made me feel validated and heard. She didn't rush me or make me feel like a burden at all. She cares very much about her patients and it shows. I can't say enough good things.
