The Wegmans School of Pharmacy at St. John Fisher University. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at The University of Rochester Medical Center, Highland Hospital. She practices at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY as a Critical Care Clinical Staff Pharmacist.

Raquel is board certified in Pharmacotherapy and Critical Care and serves as a clinical preceptor for pharmacy students and PGY1 residents. She is also the primary preceptor for the PGY2 Critical Care resident for resuscitation and advanced clinical practice longitudinal rotations.
