Ashley’s clinical expertise spans inpatient and outpatient settings, with advanced skills in procedures such as bone marrow biopsies, lumbar punctures, intrathecal chemotherapy administration, shunt reprogramming, and CAR-T therapy. She is also a leader in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration—developing and spearheading initiatives that optimize patient care, streamline clinical workflows, and enhance team education.
An active contributor to pediatric oncology research, Ashley has presented nationally and internationally, with publications in Pediatric Blood and Cancer and poster presentations at ASPHO, SIOP, and other forums. Beyond clinical care, Ashley is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of providers, serving as a preceptor, lecturer, and project founder for APP orientation and transition-to-practice initiatives. She is equally committed to community engagement, volunteering with the Michael Napoleone Foundation and serving as a spokesperson for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital since 2010.
