Dr. Bruce and his team were very kind, informative, and professional and had thorough and insightful answers to any questions I had. Dr. Bruce gave very clear explanations of the procedure and even sketched out options for the procedure and gave his recommendations. The Nurse Practitioner was equally as helpful and was very mindful about patient consent and she made me feel very comfortable. Most of my questions that I had beforehand had been answered by the both of them before I could even ask.

Dr. Bruce took the time to explain every course of action to take, and I was able to make an informed decision. I also received a follow up on MyChart to make sure that I was still okay with the decision I had made.
