I earned a BS in Psychology from SUNY Brockport, then completed both my BS and MS in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Rochester School of Nursing.

Philosophy
Coming from an ICU background, I learned how powerful it is to truly connect with patients and their families in their hardest moments. That experience shaped how I practice today—I approach each patient with empathy, honesty, and a genuine desire to build lasting relationships. I want patients to feel comfortable, supported, and heard every time they walk in.

Special Interests
I enjoy forming lasting relationships with patients and being a consistent part of their healthcare journey. My interests include chronic disease management, preventive care, and patient education. I value open communication and believe that trust and connection are key to effective, personalized care.

Personal Interests
Outside of work, I love running, spending time with my family, and exploring the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, hanging out with my daughter, or just being outdoors. I find balance in staying active and making meaningful memories with the people I love.
