My approach to patient care is rooted in the fact that every patient is unique. I strive to deliver individualized care based on each patient’s needs. I am dedicated to patient-centered care that’s reinforced by evidence-based research. Finally, I focus on patient education and engagement to promote health agency and improved quality of life.

Special Interests
My areas of interest include primary care, mental health, women’s health, and lifestyle medicine. I am a life-long learner who is passionate about providing better care to patients through attending continuing education and special training.

Personal Interests
I enjoy spending time with my golden retriever, going to the lake, taking Pilates classes, and doing DIY projects at home.
