At University of Rochester Medicine, we believe that patients should be empowered to make the right decisions regarding their personal healthcare. To do so, transparency is critical. URochester Medicine partners with Press Ganey, to survey our patients about all aspects of their care experience. We are now putting this pertinent information at your fingertips by displaying star ratings for our providers along with anonymous patient comments on our website. Total lack of empathy. I felt like a part on an assembly line with strict protocol instead of being considered an individual human being who body is unique. No care to my history.

The NP was new to the practice. She was very pleasant, asked and answered questions I had an ear problem, and when it could not be easily resolved, she referred me to an ENT.. She felt I was too uncomfortable with the efforts extended and felt an ENT had other ways of minimizing the discomfort.
