Overall a very helpful visit! Dr. Addressed main concern and wrote orders for expedited Imaging. Thank you. Only suggestion I have is he often doesn't address test scores that are out of normal range, especially when they are "just" outside of normal range. Even a simple, "I'm not concerned" in my chart would at least tell me that he has seen the number and given it some thought. No comments often force me to "research" what this test is for, and try to make a decision myself as to whether it's important enough for me to send a follow-up note.

While I know time is crucial to meet many patients daily, a 'have a nice day' or 'see you at your next appointment' would be nice to know your visit has ended. Last 2 times, my doctor of many years just got up and left.
