Philosophy
My philosophy of care is rooted in a commitment to improving the overall health and wellness of individuals and the communities I serve. With more than 15 years of experience in family medicine, I strive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that addresses not only illness but also prevention, lifestyle, and long-term well-being. I am dedicated to empowering patients through education and shared decision-making so they can take an active role in their health journey.

Special Interests
My special interests in family medicine include women’s health, lifestyle medicine, and the long-term management of chronic diseases, helping patients achieve better health outcomes through preventive care and sustainable lifestyle changes.

On a Personal Note
I have enjoyed working in different places, including the UK and Australia, which has influenced my approach to primary care, reinforcing the importance of adaptability, cultural awareness, and patient-centered communication. Outside of medicine, I enjoy travelling, exploring different cuisines in new restaurants, attending theatre, and spending time with my family.
