Dr. Johnson, the Ralph W. Prince Professor of Medicine, is Director of UR Medicine Primary Care Network and is Associate Chair for Primary Care in the Department of Medicine. A graduate of Yale University who received his medical degree summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Dr. Johnson served his residency and chief residency in Internal Medicine at Strong Memorial Hospital. He chaired the Council of the Medical Staff at Strong Memorial Hospital for a number of years. He is a member and the former Board Chair of Accountable Health Partners, LLC and served for many years as a member of the Boards of Directors of the Genesee Valley Medical Foundation, UR Medicine Home Care and the Monroe County Medical Society. His clinical practice is with UR Medicine-Eastside Internal Medicine in Fairport, New York.
