I noticed a 2 inch lump under the skin in my left lower leg and it sort of scared me. Dr. Pulley examined it, and explained it was not anything to worry about, likely an old injury. He indicated that the way it appeared made it, likely, no threat. Great conversation because I thought it might be worrisome.

Dr Pulley and his Team are the best. Considering my many health issues, I'm grateful to have UofR/Strong in my backyard. Dr Pulley has been my primary for 20-25yrs. It all starts with him and if specialized care is required(and it has been many times) I'm very comfortable knowing I'll see the best within the UofR/Strong Team.

With Dr Pulley and his staff, my questions are always answered promptly via My Chart or by phone. The staff is always friendly and respectful. I hear about wait times with other PCP's but cant remember a time when I was in Dr Pulleys wait room for more than 10-15min. He's smart, engaged and have always felt like Dr Pulley cares.

He answered my questions but was a bit condescending and was pushing the COVID vaccine. The condescension came when explaining mRNA. I felt he assumed I didn't know what it was. He should have asked if I new and understood what mRNA is.

Dr. Pulley and his nurses are terrific. They are friendly, professional, efficient. His primary nurse, who I see at almost every visit, is lovely and has very calming presence; unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she deserves recognition. On this last visit, I met another nurse, Mary Beth, and she was amazing as well--funny, smart, and dynamic.

Dr Pulley has been an Allie of mine since I was a new patient of his twelve years ago. I feel heard and seen in his care, and frankly always have. He treats me as a collaborator with him around my care. Yes, I am still young, but he has helped me with multiple health concerns/conversations swimmingly. His nurse also is the best- kindest woman ever, she makes it hard to not want to come back to see the doctor- HA!
