She is the Senior Associate Division Chief for Hospital Medicine and Director of the Hospital Medicine Faculty Development program. She is the inaugural Director of Meliora in Medicine, a 2-year course and 4-year thread throughout the medical school curriculum. She directed the Medicine Clerkship for 13 years and is a past president of Clerkship Directors in Internal Medicine. Dr. Lang co-led the development of the Aquifer Internal Medicine and Aquifer High Value Care national on-line virtual patient courses and currently serves as Academic Director of Assessment of Clinical Decision Making at Aquifer.
