Julia Trumbo, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Rochester, in Rochester, NY. She graduated from the Seven Year Liberal Arts/Medical Education Program at Boston University in Boston, MA in 2005. Dr. Trumbo completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital in 2008. Since completing her residency, Dr. Trumbo has worked as a hospitalist all over the world including the University of Pittsburgh, Vermont, and New Zealand. She has been with the Hospital Medicine Division at Strong Memorial Hospital since 2010. She is also a co-lead of the Hospital Medicine Division IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Advocacy) committee.
