Biography

I am a traumatologist, or an orthopaedic surgeon that treats difficult fractures and fractures that fail to heal or heal incorrectly. I have a great deal of experience using limb shortening and lengthening to correct deformities. I perform complex reconstructive surgery to repair bone loss using bone transplants, artificial implants, and growth of new bone in adults.

Research

I am the Chief of the Orthopaedic Trauma Division and have published numerous medical articles and textbook chapters, and am on the editorial boards of prominent medical journals.
