My initial injury is healing well but caused other parts of my body to hurt as it compensated for the injury. I felt as though this was brushed off as if it was less important.

Very talented surgeon. A good body engineer. Always appears to be in a hurry. Perhaps it would be helpful if he would take time to read the patient-stop, listen, hear.

I saw a resident before I saw Dr. Ketz and he was listening well, but I felt like he seemed to be rushing me along a little bit.

Dr Ketz is Very Knowledgable and has a Wonderful Bedside Manner. He gave Me My Options and we Elected to Drain My Cyst during that Appointment. He was Excellent. Love Him.

He was abrupt during the visit. Would have liked to hear more explanation about the x-rays. I became anxious due to the short abruptness of the provider.

Dr. Ketz was very "blase" about my problem. [...] He showed me the plantaar fasciitis on the xray. [...] I did not get an opportunity to ask questions.
