I felt like the doctor didn't want to spend any time talking to me To understand my life or my job or what caused my carpal tunnel in both hands. I felt very rushed, even dismissed. [...] I was the one that had to ask about trying physical therapy and he's said "oh well yeah we could try that." [...] I live alone I work in a restaurant as primarily a bartender. We're talking about both of my hands and he didn't even bother to ask my circumstances to better understand how surgery would affect my livelihood. Even if I do have to have surgery, I will be requesting a different doctor. I need someone who shows more care for their patients and Is willing to spend more than eight minutes with me To determine what is the best thing for me. Not them.

My experience was beyond my expectations. I felt that all of my concerns were addressed and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. My procedure was completely pain free, which was much different than my previous experience. It was awesome!

I am in my fifties and so I have seen providers over the years, and I have to say, Dr. Mahmood's bedside manner is exemplary. [...] The first time I met him, he had just left the office for the day, but hearing about my multiple broken bones he returned to the office treat me. Subsequent visits with him have been all the same where he has provided the highest level of care, and I am not being hyperbolic. I work for one of the top five health insurers and has some understanding the healthcare system and can discern when the quality of care exceeds the standards. I drive over two hours for my visits to your facility and I will continue to do so because of Dr. Mahmood.

Dr. Mahmood is my favorite!!! He is awesome!! He is so down to earth and acted like he had all the time in the world for me! He explained different option for my arthritic thumb area and possible surgery. He even was able to show me what the surgery would look like. I'm always super impressed with him.
