My expertise is in symptom management related to cancer and chemotherapy. I use my skills and resources to improve cancer related pain, fatigue, and digestive issues. Chemotherapy can cause lots of side effects, but my goal is to make that experience manageable. I celebrate my patients' good days and try to make the bad days better.
Professional Background
I have been an oncology nurse since graduating from Case Wetern Reserve University in 2002. I worked in the inpatient setting for a couple for years before moving to outpatient cancer care. After completing my Masters degree, from the University of Rochester, in 2010, I have been working on the GI Medical Oncology team as a nurse practitioner.
