I am a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who specializes in modern joint replacement techniques including minimally invasive surgery, anterior approach to hip replacement, robotic assisted knee replacement surgery, hip resurfacing and partial knee replacement.

I have served as the Director of the Evarts Joint Center, where over 2200 joint replacements are performed each year. I am a member of international Orthopaedic and surgical societies, have authored numerous journal articles and presented papers at local and national meetings. I have given guest lectures for surgeons training in direct anterior hip replacement and robotic techniques.

Dr. Drinkwater is an excellent physician. I called in a panic, as I thought that from a dentists' visit the previous week, I may have gotten an infection in my new hip! He, and his also excellent PA that worked with me also that day ( sorry I can't recall her name ) got me in the very day I called and did tests that dispelled that fear. Also prescribed PT! To fit me in just as the holidays are just around the corner was so generous! But I can now relax with my family!
