I needed a letter for my work. I shared this request with the Resident and the Doctor during the visit. It took 4+ follow-ups to finally get the letter the following week.

Dr. Stern was extremely frustrating for me as a parent. Her whole demeanor was rude and belittling instead of being a resource to help my child get better. It felt like she just wanted to judge me as the parent instead of working with us to help my child get better long term. Her bedside manner was very rude and the entire appointment felt like a waste of our time. Very frustrating after waiting so long to have this appointment.
