I have been privileged to be the Hand Fellowship Program Director this year and truly enjoy teaching both residents and fellows the science and art of hand surgery.

Dr. Gonzalez and Karen Zarosky are both excellent. My husband and I had the same hand injury within a short time frame. Dr. Gonzalez saw us at the same time. He performed surgery the same day. He was very accommodating, and made us both very comfortable. He is very competent and efficient. We never had long waits which are difficult for my husband. The staff at both the Penfield office and Marketplace procedure center were all very nice and took great care of us.

The 2 doctors were generally interested and informative. It was a fresh breath compared to other medical practices that get you in and out quickly with a lack of care. Thank you staff for your level of care

Working with Dr. Gonzalez was a pleasure. He was thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic and seemed to really care about what was happening with my daughter. I had full confidence in him and his NP Karen Sorosky. I appreciate so much the follow ups from them and their engagement in her treatment. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Gonzales is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. I absolutely understand how hard the docs in the practice work and that they need to keep moving, however 10 more minutes with the provider would have been nice.

Liked that I felt I had options, surgery to potentially correct problem or wait. Potential to not improve with surgery. Didnt really talk about what might happen if untreated.

I will say Dr. Gonzalez gives explanations very quickly and sometimes I have trouble processing what he is saying and find myself leaving the office with additional questions I then have, that come to me after the appointment has ended. I think he is very intelligent and knowledgeable and just thinks more quickly than I.
