Kristen Walker, M.D.

Education and Training
Dr. Walker received her medical
degree from the University of Rochester
School of Medicine and Dentistry
in 2015. She recently completed her
residency in the University of Rochester
Internal Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Walker was the Strong Internal
Medicine Resident Ambulatory Practice
Chief, and she is a respected member of the American College
of Physicians.

Philosophy
Dr. Walker’s philosophy of medicine focuses on “humanism”
and “compassion.” She was drawn to a career in medicine to
help provide health care to individuals with a multitude of
acute and chronic conditions. Dr. Walker approaches patient
care from a holistic perspective by considering biological,
psychological and social health factors.

Special Interests
Dr. Walker has a special interest in women’s health within the
scope of General Internal Medicine.
On a Personal Note
Dr. Walker values spending time with her husband, family
and friends. She enjoys dancing, reading and playing with her
cat, Christina.
