In the Kirch Developmental Services Center- Developmental Disabilities Clinic I enjoy working with preschool through adolescent age patients and their families to maximize social, communication, adaptive skill, and academic development across settings. I often see children soon after an initial autism spectrum disorder diagnosis.
In the Infant and Toddler Developmental Clinic I assess babies who have had medical complications surrounding birth, as these children are at a higher risk for developmental delays and disabilities. I enjoy helping families to promote the health and well-being of these young children.
I am a thorough clinician who individualizes care to best meet patient and family needs.
As a nurse practitioner in the Kirch Developmental Services Center, I enjoy working with infant through adolescent age patients and their families to maximize developmental gains and minimize behaviors that impede community participation and educational attainment.
My certification and training as a pediatric nurse practitioner with additional specialization as a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist, LEND Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder Nursing Fellow, and professional experience help me serve patients with or at risk for developmental disabilities and their families.
