Dr. Kemp earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo – School of Medicine and Biochemical Sciences. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington.

Dr. Kemp earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo – School of Medicine and Biochemical Sciences. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington.

Dr. Kemp is board certified in Family Medicine. He has additional certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics.

By developing effective, long-lasting relationships in the primary care setting, Dr. Kemp aims to optimize the health of his patients.

Dr. Kemp has special interests in preventative care and treating patients of all ages. He enjoys performing basic office procedures that help to restore and maintain patient health.
