I am a board-certified and fellowship trained primary care sports medicine physician who specializes in treating active individuals with sports related acute and chronic overuse injuries. I have been in practice with the University of Rochester Medical Center’s Orthopaedics department since 2018. I manage a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, including shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, hip, knee, and foot/ankle pathology, through non-surgical options. I also manage other sports related medical issues, including concussions. My practice includes the use of ultrasound to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal pathology. I specialize in ultrasound-guided injections, with a special interest in regenerative and orthobiologic injection treatments, including platelet rich plasma and bone marrow concentrate treatments.

I enjoy working with active individuals and athletes including some from our local high-school, collegiate, and professional teams.

I love golf and have a passion to help golfers perform to best of their ability with less pain. I am Level 1 Titleist Performance Institute certified and I'm currently working through level 2. Certification demonstrates my ability to improve function and identify keys to injury prevention. I have hopes of eventually establishing a “URMC golf clinic.”
